Fiola Miami brings the cuisine and culture of Italy to Coral Gables, South Florida's "City Beautiful." Fiola Miami is Fabio Trabocchi’s first restaurant venture outside of Washington D.C. and marks Michelin-starred Fiola’s second location. Fiola’s menu draws inspiration from regional Italian classic dishes, local seasonal ingredients, and family traditions. Our menus are founded on authentic Italian traditions creatively evolved for the contemporary palate. Each dish blends our passion for the season and local ingredients with rich nostalgia and unexpected delight.
