Embark on a culinary journey to Argentina's Salta region at Graziano's Restaurant on Thursday, June 27. The Taste of Argentina: Salta will feature a four-course tasting menu and wine pairings that showcase the flavors and traditions of the Salta region in Argentina. Each course highlights the unique flavors and ingredients of the region.
Start with a reception featuring hand-cut beef empanadas from Salta, accompanied by a sparkling Torrontés and Riesling blend. The culinary adventure continues with Humita Salteña, a steamed corn tamale filled with Patagonian prawns, followed by Locro, a traditional stew from the Cuyo region paired with Amalaya Gran Corte. The main course showcases Gauchita al Asador, a grilled cowgirl steak cooked over quebracho wood and served with rescoldo vegetables paired with Altura Máxima cultivated at 10,200 feet.
Guests must be 21 or older to attend.
