Culinary offerings from around the world combine with elegant presentation for a special celebration honoring moms. Mother's Day Brunch 2025 takes place Sunday, May 11 at Blue Matisse Restaurant and Nau Lounge.
The comprehensive dining experience features multiple interactive food stations designed to accommodate diverse tastes and preferences. At the seafood station, guests can enjoy oysters on the half shell with mignonette, poached jumbo shrimp with spicy cocktail sauce and remoulade, and chilled crab claws served over crushed ice with accompanying sauces.
Additional stations include a live ceviche station offering Clasico, Rocoto and Seafood Ahumado varieties; a carving station featuring roast prime rib of beef with horseradish cream and au jus; and a pasta station serving linguini with Huancaina sauce and Peruvian green cream topped with lomo saltado.
House specialties showcase a fusion of international cuisines, including Japanese nigiri, sashimi and maki rolls; Peruvian classics such as Causa Limeña in tuna and shrimp variations; herb-crusted salmon with lemon-dilled beurre blanc; and seafood paella. Traditional breakfast favorites are also available, from made-to-order waffles and eggs to house-made pastries and breads.
The dining experience concludes with a signature sweet spot featuring a chocolate fountain and chef's selection of mini desserts. A dedicated kids' menu ensures younger guests can enjoy familiar options like chicken nuggets and mac and cheese.
The all-inclusive brunch is priced at $75 for adults, which includes bottomless mimosas, $30 for children ages 6-12 and no charge for children 5 and under. Prices do not include tax and service charge. Complimentary parking is available for all guests.
