Indulge in a diverse culinary celebration featuring seafood specialties, international dishes and interactive food stations in a festive atmosphere. Easter Brunch 2025 takes place Sunday, April 20 at Blue Matisse Restaurant and Nau Lounge.
The family-friendly event combines fine dining with entertainment, as guests can participate in an egg hunt with the Easter Bunny, offering prizes for winners. The extensive buffet showcases multiple culinary stations designed to appeal to varied tastes and preferences.
The seafood station presents oysters on the half shell with mignonette, poached jumbo shrimp with spicy cocktail sauce and remoulade, and chilled crab claws served over crushed ice with accompaniments. A live ceviche station offers four varieties: Clasico, Rocoto, Ahumado and Botijero.
Additional highlights include a carving station featuring roasted top round steak bone-in, a pasta station with three cheese ravioli and tagliatelle Bolognese, and Japanese-inspired offerings of nigiri, sashimi and maki rolls. Peruvian specialties like Causa Limeña and traditional favorites such as seafood paella round out the selection.
Breakfast options range from made-to-order eggs and waffles to smoked salmon and house-made pastries, while the signature sweet spot includes a chocolate fountain and mini desserts. A dedicated kids corner ensures younger guests can enjoy familiar favorites like chicken nuggets and mac and cheese.
Tickets are priced at $65 for adults, which includes bottomless mimosas, $30 for children ages 6-12 and no charge for children 5 and under. Prices do not include tax and service charge. Complimentary parking is available for all guests.
