Full Moon Yoga

Discover the tranquil evening practice of Full Moon Yoga at the Deering Estate. Led by Zamanta (@ZaYogaLife), the Full Moon Yoga series provides a chance to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Deering Estate at sunset.

These yoga sessions take place on select dates that coincide with the full moon. Each session lasts from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm, allowing participants to enjoy the sunset while embracing the calming influence of the full moon's radiance. As you flow through your poses, you'll be surrounded by the lush greenery and the serene ambiance of the Deering Estate, culminating in a moment of peace and rejuvenation as the full moon rises.

Please note:

• The Full Moon Yoga series is open to participants 16 years and older.
• The cost is $20 per person for both members and non-members.
• Space is limited, so pre-registration online is required. Walk-in registrations are not available.
