Country Club of Miami boasts two traditional 18-hole courses, chipping and putting practice greens, and driving range, offering a classic Florida golf experience. Designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones and founded in 1961, the club’s rich history includes Arnold Palmer as its first professional. The club’s most famous member and resident, comedian-actor Jackie Gleason, regularly hosted celebrity golfers such as Bob Hope and Bing Crosby. Jack Nicklaus played an exhibition here, and Lee Trevino secured his fourth professional tournament win at the club. In addition to the golf courses, the club features the 19th Hole Sports Bar & Grill, perfect for post-round relaxation, and The Gleason Room, an elegant venue hall ideal for events and special gatherings.
