Watr at the 1 Hotel Rooftop floats 18 stories high, giving a 360 degree ocean view of South Beach. Local and organic ingredients are prepared with a Latin and Japanese flair. There is something for everyone: New England lobster roll sushi, chicken yakisoba noodles, steak salteado and a plant-based Impossible Burger. Find organic wine and handcrafted cocktails, some of which are gluten-free, kosher and all organic, on the menu.
Watr at the 1 Hotel Rooftop is open to the public at 6 p.m. daily. Sunday through Thursday, dinner is served from 6 to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday till 11 p.m. Lunch is available for hotel guests between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please note that guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to dine between 6 - 9 p.m. Make your reservation with OpenTable or call (305)604-6580.
