WALLCAST® Concert: Symphonie Fantastique

Experience an evening of classical music under the stars at the New World Symphony’s free WALLCAST® concert on Saturday, April 19. As the live performance of Denève: Symphonie Fantastique unfolds inside the New World Center, you can enjoy the concert projected onto the 7,000-square-foot wall in SoundScape Park, with an expanded viewing area provided by the new Mobile Wall.

Led by Artistic Director Stéphane Denève, the program opens with John Williams’ Grammy-winning Suite from The Book Thief, followed by renowned cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason performing Shostakovich’s challenging Cello Concerto No. 1. The evening culminates with Berlioz’s Symphonie fantastique, a dramatic and vivid musical journey through passionate love and surreal dreams.
