When and Where is the 2025 Miami Open?
The tournament – one of the largest for the ATP and WTA 1000 – will hit the hardcourts at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens from March 16-30. The top names in the sport will play in singles and doubles action, and guests can meander through the grounds to see their favorite players in action. The Miami Open is the only major tennis tournament played under the bright lights of a National Football League stadium.

What's the tournament schedule for the 2024 Miami Open?
The 2024 Miami Open begins play with Qualifying rounds from March 17-19, 2024. The initial "Q" round is only played on the outer courts and has no action inside the stadium. The first round begins Wednesday, March 20, with men's and women's matches kicking off at 11 a.m. The evening session starts at 7 p.m., and the tournament follows the same day/night session format until the finals on March 30 and 31. On Saturday, March 30, the women's singles and men's doubles finals will be played on the Stadium Court. On March 31, the men's singles and women's doubles finals take the stage.
What other activities are at the Miami Open?
The Miami Open is more than just a tennis tournament; it's a two-week event where spectators can wander the grounds while enjoying many other activities. The Piper-Heidsieck Sky View is a scenic gondola that flies over the grounds, offering fans an elevated perspective.
For the first time, wheelchair tennis will have its own tournament at the Miami Open. The Miami Open Wheelchair Invitational will take place from March 26-28, with four-time Paralympic gold medalist Shingo Kunieda serving as tournament director. The entire field has yet to be announced, but Grand Slam winners Gustavo Hernandez and Gordon Reid are confirmed.
Major League Pickleball will also hold a multi-day event during the Miami Open. From March 27-29, the top players in pickleball compete in a round-robin tournament culminating in three playoff matches. Pros will team with celebrities for the Pro-Am portion of the event, with a separate round-robin tournament and exhibition match. All ticket holders will have access.
Finally, March 30 is Kids Day, with a special two-hour tennis clinic from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Food and Drink at the Miami Open
This year brings an unprecedented number of food offerings to the Miami Open, allowing fans to sample some of the best restaurants in Greater Miami & Miami Beach. American Social will have a stand, so spectators can pair burgers and beer with sports as they do at the popular restaurant and bar. If the warm weather has fans feeling more like having tacos and margaritas, local favorite Bodega Taqueria y Tequila will serve both. Those looking for healthy fare can visit FRSH ST by Fresh Del Monte for salads and other veggie-forward creations. Argentinian staple Novecento will also have an installation onsite so guests can explore the empanadas, steaks and wines that have made it a favorite dining destination for years.
Greek seafood landmark Estiatorio Milos will pop up inside Hard Rock Stadium, so anyone with a stadium court ticket can reserve and book this premium dining option. The Miami Open will also welcome several first-time food vendors, from Little Havana’s happy hour hangout, Ella's Oyster Bar, to David Chang's Fuku Chicken. South Beach staple Cheeseburger Baby is debuting at the Miami Open, and the bookable Milos popup is inside Stadium Court.
The Miami Open offers no shortage of places to kick back with a cocktail, led by the No. 3 London Dry Gin Tennis Club. It will feature all sorts of tennis-themed twists on the classic G&T, including the fruity Courtside Cooler and Raspberry Rally. Weekend hotspot Kiki on the River returns with its multi-level lounge at the Miami Open, which promises to host the biggest off-court party at Hard Rock Stadium. The tournament will also boast five new cocktail lounges: The Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Garden, the Dobel Tequila Bar, the Botran Rum Lounge, Santa Margherita and the No.3 Gin Lounge. For those who want a little pick-me-up during a long day in the sun, the Celsius Courtside Lounge will have plenty of its signature energy drink on ice.
Tickets for the 2024 Miami Open
The Miami Open is one of the most accessible tournaments in tennis, with grounds passes for early rounds available for as little as $30. Ticket options are abundant, with choices like Grandstand Duration packages where you'll get the same seat on the tournament's second-largest court for every match it hosts. You can also purchase single-day tickets, which get you access to the stadium court and all the outer courts.
Those who want a luxury experience can reserve luxury suites and other on-court premium seating available for the entire tournament or single sessions. Guests can also buy mini-plans, which include tickets to the exciting final rounds or the abundance of tennis matches of the opening weekend.
