Make a Holiday Pinecone Ornament

Create a holiday keepsake at Vizcaya Village’s Make a Holiday Pinecone Ornament workshop on Sunday, December 22 during the Farmers Market. This hands-on workshop invites participants to craft a unique ornament using natural materials, perfect for holiday décor or as a thoughtful gift.

Led by Miami native and environmental educator Tatiana Castro, the workshop combines creativity with mindfulness, exploring the beauty and significance of pine trees in South Florida while guiding participants in crafting one-of-a-kind keepsakes. Suitable for families with children aged six and older, the session also encourages reflection on the connections between nature, art and daily life. All materials are provided, and crafts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Admission to the Vizcaya Village Farmers Market is free, though it does not include access to Vizcaya’s Main House or formal gardens.
