Island Grooves Fest: PinoGrillo

Kicking off the third and final festival-style weekend of the 2024-2025 Live on the Plaza concert series, Island Grooves Fest brings the dynamic sounds of PinoGrillo to the Adrienne Arsht Center on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Led by acoustic guitarist and vocalist Francisco Pino, PinoGrillo blends funk, R&B, reggae, pop, hip-hop and Cuban guaracha into a unique fusion of international soul music. This performance celebrates the rich musical traditions of Cuba, Jamaica and American funk. Doors open at 6 p.m. with happy hour specials, and general admission is seated on a first-come, first-served basis.
