GeoVanna Gonzalez: Flowing Pathways
Through Dec 15, 2024
All day.
Explore Flowing Pathways, the third installment of MOAD Pavilions, at the Museum of Art and Design (MOAD) at Miami Dade College from November 22 to December 15, 2024. This public art series, designed by Miami-based artist GeoVanna Gonzalez, invites visitors to reflect on the journeys we navigate in life and the ongoing flow of experiences that shape us. The installation features a striking combination of geometric frames and organic shapes, drawing inspiration from rivers and waterways to explore the interplay between natural elements and human-made environments.
Gonzalez, a Los Angeles native with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Otis College of Art and Design, is an award-winning artist recognized for her contributions to the arts, including the South Arts Southern Prize and Ellie Visual Arts Award.
