Clear Kayak Adventure

Enjoy an unobstructed view of marine life as you paddle through sea-grass beds and explore a coastal mangrove forest. The guided clear kayak tour departs from Deering Estate's boat basin on two-seat, tandem kayaks. Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing that can get wet. Bring your own water and snacks. Mosquitos are present throughout the year, come prepared. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Upon arrival, head to the Visitor Center.

Children ages 9+ only.  Purchasing tickets in sets of two is recommended. Single-registered kayakers will be paired with another single-registered kayaker. Ticket price includes general admission to the Estate during regular Estate hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the the same day as the tour.
