Chamber Music: Dvorak + Ravel

Enjoy an afternoon of chamber music with your valentine at the New World Center. On Sunday, February 16, 2025, Amihai Grosz, Principal Viola of the Berlin Philharmonic, joins the musicians of the New World Symphony for Maurice Ravel's String Quartet. The program also includes a captivating blend of compositions by Ernest Bloch, Tōru Takemitsu and Antonín Dvořák. From Ravel’s only string quartet to the brass fanfares and dreamy tones of Takemitsu’s Signals from Heaven, and Dvořák’s energetic Piano Trio No. 3, this performance offers a memorable Valentine’s experience.
