Book Release Party: Last Call South Florida

Celebrate the publication of Last Call South Florida: A History of 1,001 LGBTQ-Friendly Taverns, Hang-Outs & Haunts at a book release party on Friday, November 22, at Twist Nightclub in Miami Beach. Hosted by Rattling Good Yarns Press, the event coincides with Twist’s BOGO cocktail hour, offering attendees a lively and welcoming atmosphere to explore the stories behind South Florida’s rich LGBTQ nightlife history.

Last Call South Florida delves into the personal and cultural significance of the region’s LGBTQ-friendly venues, highlighting the investors, entertainers, bartenders and patrons who transformed these spaces into vibrant hubs of community and identity. The authors will be present to sign copies of the book, which will be available for purchase in limited quantities ($40 hardcover).
